Company of Heroes 3: Final Stand DLC New Details Unveiled

A new Developer Diary for the upcoming Final Stand DLC for Company of Heroes 3 is shedding further light on what I hope is the sole reason I need to go back to it. Even if the game itself is a looker, it gets boring after a while, so this is some much-needed news. A mix between real-time strategy, horde gameplay featuring roguelike elements sounds exciting, and Company of Heroes definitely needs something to stand out against its more grounded competitors like Gates of Hell – Ostfront. Terra Invicta is getting its first DLC on July 27 of 2026, and here’s what’s going to be all about: Called “Dark Skies,” The basic premise is this: “What if the world as we know it had already ended before the aliens arrived? What if humanity had an extra twenty years to prepare?” The DLC will feature two new scenarios, one where the Cuban Missile Crisis escalated into full nuclear war, and now Earth is in tatters, governments are weak, and to make things worse, the Alien invasion is yet to come. The other scenario takes the game back to 2003, right before the US invasion of Iraq.
